1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Zones & Costs

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Express and next-day delivery options are available where applicable.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Delays caused by courier services or customs are beyond our direct control, but we will assist with inquiries.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange replacements or refunds promptly.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective. Contact support to initiate a return.
